Pak B2B Trade is a global online trade center is established for exporters, importers and service providers related to foreign trade. Our aim basically, is to facilitate Pakistani business firms in exploring foreign markets and finding business partners from all over the world and helping foreign buyers or manufacturers in exploring Pakistani market and partners.
The Users are permissible to use this site (Pak B2B Trade) under the following Terms & Conditions.

1.You agree to follow and be bound of the terms & conditions stated herewith and revised or released from time to time. The terms & conditions revised or so posted would be implented immediately when posted.

2. In these terms and conditions, all users of the Service shall be referred to as the "User" whether a registered member or surfer. The terms & conditions so posted would be implemented on the registered members. The continuity of such members (Users) use of the Service shall be deemed to be acceptance of the amended terms.

3. The Service as registered member is offered to the business Companies (propritorship or partnership) corporations, Government entities related to foreign trade & e-commerce only.

4. Every 'User' is provided a username and password to access the services provided by Pak B2B Trade. It is the responsibility of the person to take care of the secracy of the username and password. And in case of any problem (hecking of password etc.) 'User is advised to contact Pak B2B Trade immeditaely to provide a new username or password. 'User' hereby agrees and confirms his acceptance that Pak B2B Trade shall not be responsible or liable to any damage or loss done in this respect.

5. Pak B2B Trade provides the 'User'access to the contacts, services and products from other members and other websites linked with Pak B2B Trade.
The 'user' acknowledges the limited resources through which the credibility of such members, websites and the services offered by them can not be verified. The user further acknowledges and agrees that Pak B2B Trade shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss, claims, damages or actions arising from or caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any information or content available on or through such website or companies / institutions underlying transaction between the User and any such websites and companies / institutions etc.

6. Pak B2B Trade reserves the right to limit, deny or create different priorities to different users or to change the Service and/or all of its features and/or to change, upgrade, modify, alter, limit or terminate the Service at any time temporarily or permanently without prior notice and for any or no reason at its sole discretion.

7. Pak B2B Trade reserves the rights to introduce new features, services free or on payment basis or amend the current features or services or make the current services on payment besis. All new features, functionalities, applications, modifications, upgrades and alterations shall be governed by these terms and conditions, unless otherwise stated by Pak B2B Trade

8.Pak B2B Trade firmly beleives in the service of business community and doing it with the limited resources and the knowledgebase. But in the case of any inaccuracy, ommision, error with respect to any communications or transmission or interruption, delay, discontinuation, suspension or termination of services Pak B2B Trade will not be held responsible for any delay, damage and loss arising their of the 'user'.

9. The 'User' agrees not to reverse engineers, decompile, disassemble, alter, duplicate, make copies, create derivative works from, distribute or provide others with the Service, its communication protocol or any information available on, derived or extracted in relation to the Service other than as allowed under these terms and conditions.
The User may only use this Service for legitimate purpose, and shall not use the Service to make any speculative, false or fraudulent Requests or Offers, whether or not in anticipation of demand. Pak B2B Trade shall not be responsible for any of the such conduct by any of the 'user' nor be responsible for any damage, loss caused by any of the such conduct to any of the 'User'.

10. The User represents that the User has sufficient authority and is of sufficient legal capacity to create binding legal obligations for any liability the User may incur because of the User's use of the Service.
